Our experienced outside sales force have collective industry experience of over 70 years. We maintain the following capabilities to support your requirements:

Technical Support ? Our experienced technical department will assist your team by providing innovative solutions that will streamline your planning cycle and reduce costs.

ci has experience working with a number of manufacturer's systems. Our initial task is to listen to you, the customer, and to assess your needs and priorities. Once this is accomplished, Our staff will develop a conceptual plan as a basis of additional discussion. This "user friendly" approach results in a plan, which is creative, efficient and cost effective, while projecting the desired image. We also have the capability of developing integration plans using existing furniture, reconfiguration planning and corporate relocations. Since we maintain archived files of your plans and previous purchases, we have a perpetual record of your furniture inventory. In addition, we maintain a full reference library of furniture lines, fabrics, carpeting and wall covering. We can specify and price a single chair or a complete building of furniture, carpet, wall covering and window treatments.

Project Management - large new construction or rehabilitation projects require a great deal of planning and schedule coordination with the general contractor and various subcontractors. We typically assign a senior member of our team on large projects to participate in the project planning and installation phases. Problem areas are best identified early in a project in order to develop solutions which are both timely and cost effective. In addition, high level coordination is essential to insure building access, space readiness, and coordination with other subcontractors including voice/data cabling. Project management is included in our total price to the end user.

Installation - ci maintains an internal full-time installation department of experienced professionals along with a fleet of delivery vehicles equipped with hydraulic tailgates. We handle not only sales of our company but also inter-market transactions involving other dealerships or central purchasing agencies. For larger installations or out-of-market transactions, we utilize a list of selected installation subcontractors, which meet our standards and specialize in the lines we carry. We have the capability and experience to handle any special requirements necessitated by site issues such as columns or custom size requirements (height and width) of panel systems. Along with new installations, we have extensive experience with reconfigurations. We have direct access subcontractors to handle panel recovering, repainting, re-upholstery, resizing or re-lamination.
